Key Responsibilities:

This role involves high standards of food preparation and service, including:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a very high standard in a multi Rosette environment
• Assisting in menu creation and presentation
• Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in line with regulatory guidelines
• Supporting the team during busy service periods
• Assisting with kitchen organisation and stock control
• Mentoring junior team members where appropriate

What we’re looking for:

Ideal candidates will display passion for fine dining and possess the following:

• Experience as a strong CDP or junior sous chef in a gastro pub or fine dining setting
• Knowledge of multi Rosette standards is advantageous
