Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the server, AI and wider data-centre market, proactively keeping ahead of emerging technologies, customer requirements and competitive trends. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customer solutions and ensure the BDM team effectively uses technical capabilities throughout the sales process. Build strong relationships across other commercial divisions, enabling the team to identify and develop cross-divisional opportunities spanning servers, storage, networking, power, infrastructure and services. Attend meetings with strategic customers and target accounts, supporting the sales team with discovery, opportunity development, commercial strategy and closing.
