The Role

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Drive branch profitability, business growth, and local market share through new business generation
• Conduct rental valuations, win instructions, and advise landlords on maximising rental returns
• Oversee the effective marketing and letting of properties, ensuring an exceptional level of service to landlords and tenants
• Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and company procedures 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients while monitoring local market trends and competitor activity

Senior Lettings Manager requirements:

• Proven residential lettings experience, ideally at Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Manager level
• Strong track record of winning instructions and converting valuations into successful lets
• Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a successful team
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and residential lettings industry
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence is essential
