The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out residential valuation reports and Level 1 and Level 2 home surveys across your designated geographical area
• Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market-leading technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing your workload effectively to maximise productivity and service standards
• Work towards achievable performance and income targets within a supportive team environment
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
• Ensure all surveying work is completed in line with relevant professional, regulatory, and compliance standards

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• AssocRICS qualified or MRICS
• Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
• Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
• Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence
