Level 3 Early Years Educator

This warm and supportive Coventry setting now seeks a confident Level 3 Early Years Educator for a full‑time role. To begin with, you bring strong early‑years experience and create calm, structured routines that help children feel settled, secure and ready to explore. As the day develops, you guide small groups, reinforce early development and maintain clear expectations that support confidence and independence. Additionally, you work closely with staff to deliver high‑quality EYFS provision across the environment. Ideally, you drive and can travel easily to the setting, ensuring smooth access each day.

Key Responsibilities

• EYFS supervision that keeps routines calm, safe and structured
• Play‑based learning that builds communication, curiosity and confidence
• Behaviour guidance using warm, consistent communication
• Daily EYFS routines including setup, transitions and wellbeing checks
• Early literacy and numeracy delivered through guided practice
• Close teamwork with teachers and support staff

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
