This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future development of Maidenhall Primary and achieve our ambition of becoming an outstanding school. Maidenhall is a large diverse school with successful, dedicated staff and fantastic pupils.

We are looking for an outstanding, dynamic, inspirational and enthusiastic Years Leader to join our staff team for January 2027 for the right person.

As part of our commitment to our teachers, professional development will be provided to the successful candidate, who will be a fully qualified and experienced Year lead teacher.

Have the vision, passion and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire children and staff to reach their full potential.

Are able to build a strong rapport with children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community.

Provide the highest levels of support for staff well-being and in their professional development.

Have experience across all primary phases and experience of leading others

Have personal and professional integrity and are visible and approachable with the resilience to meet the day to day challenges of this role.
