The provision supports Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, providing a structured, inclusive environment where young people are encouraged to re-engage with education and achieve their full potential. The school is looking to appoint a Behaviour Teaching Assistant on both long-term and short-term assignments with an immediate start available. The successful Behaviour Teaching Assistant will support students both inside and outside of the classroom, helping to manage behaviour, promote engagement with learning and provide consistent encouragement to students who may present with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour or have experienced barriers to education.
