Middle Office Transformation Delivery Lead

About the Role
A leading Asset Management firm is seeking a Middle Office Delivery Manager to spearhead key business and technology initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing the middle office infrastructure, focusing on a major legacy data system migration, interface development, and ongoing platform support. Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of critical business and technology transformation projects within the Middle Office.


System Migration: Drive the decommissioning and roll-off of a legacy data system while implementing the new platform.


Interface Management: Oversee and execute system interface and data integration work across the architecture, as needed.


BAU & Change Management: Provide Business As Usual (BAU) support and manage ongoing change requests (CRs) to ensure smooth operations.



Technical Environment


Core Systems: Eagle IBOR, Bloomberg AIM, Eagle EDM, Aladdin, eFront, and various in-house data integration systems.



Requirements


Experience: Proven track record in delivery management or IT/Business project management within an Asset Management Middle Office.


Prior experience in investment systems integration and managing an Investment Book of Record (IBOR) is highly desired.


System Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the platforms mentioned above (Aladdin, Eagle, Bloomberg, eFront) and complex data integration workflows.


Execution: Hands-on ability to balance large-scale migrations with day-to-day BAU change requests.


Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST.
