As a Night Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting younger adults with complex needs during the night. Your compassionate care will help them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. This rewarding position offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact every night.

In this role, you will:

• Provide personal care tasks as outlined in care plans, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Use specialist equipment safely, following training.
• Monitor and record changes in people's needs accurately.
• Support people throughout the night with regular checks and personal care needs.
• Undertake domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment in line with infection control regulations.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions during the day to enhance your skills.

To succeed as a Night Care Worker, you will need:

• A Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• A willingness to complete the Care Certificate and work towards a Diploma Level 2 in Care (or NVQ).
• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
• Experience in supporting or caring for people, particularly those with learning disabilities (desirable).
