As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will lead and inspire during night shifts, ensuring that our people receive the highest quality of care and support. You will act on behalf of the Team Leader and Registered Manager when needed, working flexibly across a seven-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our service users.

In this rewarding position, you will:

• Lead with Care: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring that care plans and risk assessments are followed.
• Respond to Needs: Calmly handle emergencies and escalate concerns to the on-call manager.
• Record Accurately: Maintain precise digital records and administer medication as required.
• Support Quality Assurance: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.
• Engage with Training: Attend meetings and training sessions outside your usual night shifts to uphold professional standards.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience: At least two years in social care, demonstrating your ability to support individuals with complex needs.
• Qualifications: A relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Knowledge: Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding procedures.
