About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the Discovery Den – the UK’s first library-led sensory mobile library. You’ll be responsible for creating the routes and stops that the Discovery Den will visit, liaising with SEND settings and customers, putting together equipment loans, and driving the Discovery Den. You’ll demonstrate the equipment onboard and will assist with troubleshooting as required.
You will need to have the enthusiasm to deliver outreach and promotional work, including promoting the wider library service offer. You should also be able to share enthusiasm and knowledge of books and reading with all ages.
