Pay rate to £24.28 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Voids Supervisor in South East London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing Department. 
Purpose of Job:  
To be responsible to the Voids Repairs Manager or Assistant Voids Repairs Manager for: 

• i) The safe, efficient, timely and value-for-money turnaround of void properties, managing:
• ii) Manage up to sixteen DLO tradespersons (working in teams of one to four).

iii) Managing one or more contractors delivering voids end to end.  

• iv) A combination of DLO teams and contractors.
