Offshore Suriname
4/4 rotation

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor for a long-term deepwater drilling campaign offshore Suriname.
Working as the senior Company Representative at rig site, the position will supervise offshore drilling and completion operations, ensure safe implementation of well programmes and well-control procedures, and provide leadership across the offshore drilling team.
We are particularly interested in candidates with extensive deepwater drilling and completion experience, ideally previously working as a DCSSV / Senior Drilling Supervisor on drillship or similar offshore operations.
Strong experience in well control, BOP operations, high-risk well activities, HSE leadership and contractor/rig interfaces is required.
Previous experience working with a major IOC and familiarity with structured drilling & wells procedures would be highly advantageous.

- Supervise offshore operations performed on wells
- Accountable as Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor within the Drilling Chain of Command with regards to Technological Major Risks in particular Blow Out.
- Representant of the company offshore
- Lead the communication with onshore operational Team
