We are currently seeking an experienced Drilling & Completion Superintendent for a major international deepwater oil & gas development in Suriname.

The position will provide senior operational support across offshore drilling and completion activities, ensuring operational readiness and safe and efficient well delivery.
Candidates should have extensive experience in offshore/deepwater drilling and completions, ideally gained in a D&C Superintendent/DCSI capacity. Strong experience of well operations, rig interfaces, drilling programmes, well control, HSE and coordination of offshore teams and service companies is required.

Technical

• Provide operational support for Asset drilling and completion activities
• Review Drilling & Wells Programs, ensure operations performed in line with Program, review Management of Change when required
• Review and distribute reports on daily basis
• Maintain permanent communication with offshore, lead daily calls
• Liaise with Logistics to ensure equipment readiness
• Liaise with Service Companies to ensure operational readiness (equipment and personnel)
• Participate in lessons learnt and performance optimization process

Previous experience working within major IOC drilling & wells systems and procedures would be highly advantageous.
