Your Role As a Band 5 Registered General Nurse (RGN), your responsibilities will include:

• Providing safe, compassionate and patient-centred nursing care
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care
• Administering medications safely and accurately
• Monitoring patient observations and recognising deterioration
• Escalating clinical concerns appropriately
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting patients, relatives and carers
• Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control
• Following safeguarding, clinical governance and patient safety procedures

What We're Looking For To be considered for our Band 5 RGN opportunities, you should have:

• Valid NMC registration
• Relevant UK NHS nursing experience
• Previous experience working as an RGN / Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A professional, reliable and compassionate approach
• Flexibility to work suitable day, night and/or weekend shifts
