Compliance Administrator

Northampton, West Northamptonshire Blue Legal Blue Legal is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join its Risk Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail who is interested in developing their experience within Risk, Compliance and Client Onboarding in a professional services environment. • Carry out AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checks in line with regulatory requirements • Identify and escalate potential compliance or onboarding issues to the wider Risk team • Maintain accurate client, matter and compliance records across internal systems • Liaise with fee earners, secretaries and internal stakeholders regarding onboarding requirements and queries • Monitor outstanding AML documentation and follow up on required information About you: We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate previous administrative experience, strong attention to detail and excellent data accuracy. Previous knowledge or experience of client and matter onboarding, AML, CDD, sanctions or conflict checking would be highly advantageous, although candidates with strong transferable administrative experience will also be considered. Experience gained within a law firm, regulated business or professional services environment would be particularly beneficial. You’ll be organised, confident communicating with internal stakeholders and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
