Norwich, Norfolk RecruitmentJunky Sales Executive Salary: £25,000 basic salary OTE: £35,000 – £40,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join an established and growing sales team. This is a telephone-based sales role where you’ll be responsible for speaking with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities and generating new business for the wider sales team. You’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, having conversations with prospective customers and working towards targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop a long-term career in sales. Full training will be provided on the products, services and systems, with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business. Key Responsibilities * Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Speaking with decision-makers to identify new opportunities. * Generating qualified leads and arranging follow-up calls. * Responding to inbound sales enquiries and identifying potential opportunities. * Building positive relationships with new and existing customers. * Working towards individual and team targets. * Supporting wider sales campaigns and initiatives. * Keeping up to date with products, services and company processes. * Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities. * Completing any other duties required by the business. About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone. * Motivated by targets and achieving results. * Resilient and able to handle rejection. * Self-motivated and driven. * A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner. * Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment. * Eager to learn and develop. * Customer-focused with a positive attitude. * A strong team player with a good work ethic. * Interested in building a long-term career in sales. Previous experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, business development or a contact centre environment would be beneficial.
