Most in-house videographer roles mean product shots and social edits on repeat. This one gives you access to a subject few can offer: athletes, elite professional teams, and household-name talent. Recent relaunches mean real, live content demand, and you’d be joining at the point it’s being built, not maintained, at this in-house creative studio for a globally recognised nutrition and wellness group. 

The Role
You’ll own video end-to-end for both brands. That means concepting alongside an in-house creative studio, then running shoots from planning and location scouting through equipment, direction and delivery – across product, lifestyle, talent and event work. 

You’ll grade and edit to spec, adapting assets for digital, social and retail, and work closely with photographers, stylists, designers and marketers. You’re expected to bring ideas to the treatment, not just execute someone else’s, and to keep the team’s creative direction ahead of where video and culture are moving.

The Person
You’re five to ten years in, shooting and editing end-to-end in-house or agency-side for fashion, sport, lifestyle or culture clients. You’re confident with professional camera, lighting and audio in studio and on location, live in Premiere Pro with working After Effects, and understand grading.

You’re social-first, carry a portfolio spanning product, lifestyle and talent, and your genuine interest in sport and wellness shows in your work.
