The Opportunity

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Rope Access (RA) Plater to support ongoing asset maintenance activities on an offshore platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading offshore maintenance team working on structural repair and steelwork replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities

As an Rope Access Plater, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out offshore steelwork repair and maintenance activities.
Fabricating and installing replacement steelwork from templates and drawings.
Completing repair orders including:
Handrail replacements
Stair tread replacements
Grating replacements
General plating and fabrication work
Working safely within offshore operational environments.
Time-served Plater
Previous offshore experience
Strong focus on safety and quality standards

Candidates must hold valid and in-date:

OPITO BOSIET or FOET
MIST
OEUK Offshore Medical
Offshore Medical Certificate valid through mobilisation date
IRATA qualification (any level considered)
Donut Training - Desirable

Additional Information
PPE will be provided prior to mobilisation.
Mobilisation Fee Payable £150.
