Warehouse Operative – Reach Truck Driver

We are looking for an experienced warehouse operative with valid Reach Truck certificates to join a fast-paced, supportive team based in Newbury, where your skills will be highly valued.

Pay & Shifts:

• £30,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday
• 08:30am to 17:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Pick and pack sales orders accurately for dispatch.
• Receive and issue goods with precise stock record keeping.
• Label stock correctly to meet compliance and customer standards.
• Manage stock movement and replenishment efficiently.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and inspect for damaged items.
• Safely operate forklifts and lifting equipment.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Assist with other ad hoc warehouse duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent warehouse experience in a similar role.
• Essential: Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklift Certificates.
• Desirable: Valid Pedestrian Pallet Truck (PPT) certificate.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
