Pay Band G 19 – 22 / £33,119 - £34,811 per annum
(plus standby allowance of £20.50 per day)
36 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
(hours 7.15am – 5.30pm with break during day)

The Governors wish to appoint a Premises Officer Level 3. We are a Catholic Primary School within the heart of the community. Exciting plans are in place for expansion in the next few years and we are looking for a premises officer to help us manage and navigate this. As a family school, we would like our premises officer to be part of the school community and be involved in school life where possible. Ideally our new premises officer will like dogs (as we have two school dogs!) and will have a code ’D’ on their driver’s licence or be willing to undertake training to obtain this to help drive the school mini-bus. Please read the attached Premises Officer Level 3 Job Description.
