The role will involve: * Creating a warm, confident and professional welcome for visitors, clients and employees * Delivering a five-star, concierge-style arrival experience * Managing guest arrivals, sign-ins and visitor enquiries * Anticipating the needs of important visitors and ensuring every detail is considered * Welcoming guests by name where possible and looking after them throughout their visit * Supporting client-facing moments with discretion and attention to detail * Taking ownership of the presentation and day-to-day experience of the workplace The client is particularly interested in someone who wants to develop and grow with the business, rather than viewing this as a short-term stepping stone.
