About the role
PAYE Pay Rate: £21.65 per hour
Main Purpose
Manage the development and delivery of active travel and transport infrastructure projects from business case through to construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
Typical Day
- Manage active travel and transport projects.
- Coordinate designers, contractors, consultants and Council teams.
- Manage budgets, programmes, risks and project governance.
- Commission surveys, modelling and technical work.
- Coordinate stakeholder and public consultation.
- Support business case development and procurement.
- Secure planning approvals and required consents.
- Ensure CDM 2015 requirements are met.
- Support projects through the transition into construction.
