Location: Norwich NR3-1UP Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Pay rate: £12.86ph

Hiring for an Admin Officer, this is a vital administrative post supporting courts and tribunals-where accuracy, customer care and continuous improvement really matter.
What you'll be doing:
* Prepare papers, files and documents for court/tribunal hearings, meetings and related activities
* Create and update records on an in-house computer system, carrying out data input accurately
* Support day-to-day operations including clerking civil and family courts and tribunals, ensuring materials are up to date
* Handle counter enquiries, and respond to written and telephone queries politely and promptly
* Assist court users and support listing/rota management, checking files and contacting relevant parties
* Serve documents and carry out administrative actions associated with warrants, fines and fees (including chip and pin)
* Support Team Information Board (TIB) meetings-helping ensure they're relevant, timely and productive
* Process casework through accurate documentation and interpretation of information on court files
* Undertake verification and checking of documents, records, claims, returns and statistics to meet quality standards
* Produce basic statistical analysis reports and support straightforward financial processing where required
* Work in a flexible way, including occasional ad hoc support at other local office locations

* Confidence working to guidelines and instructions, escalating complex issues to a team leader/supervisor

* Comfortable communicating professionally with the public, judiciary, magistracy, internal teams and external stakeholders
* Basic numeracy and organisational skills, including the ability to manage workloads against throughput and accuracy targets
