Admin Officer
Location: Birmingham, B4 6DS
Working Days / Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday
Working Pattern: 9:00am - 5:00pm flexible
Pay Rate: 13.25 per hour

Our Client is hiring for a Admin Officer who will be at the heart of delivering clear information, smooth hearings, and dependable operational support.
What you'll be doing:
* Validate role and job specification requirements with the client, ensuring the service meets expectations
* Carry out administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and result hearings
* Provide support to users and stakeholders via face to face interaction, telephone (incoming and outbound), and correspondence in a range of formats
* Use service scripts and knowledge articles to signpost users to the right support and services
* Follow complaints policies and procedures-support users through the process and respond promptly to prevent escalation, updating OPTIC as required
* Handle case files with accurate data entry and secure information management, in line with retention and data loss protocols
* Manage jury service administration, including selection, deferral, reassignment, attendance tracking, and processing related expenses and court fees
* Assist with listing and scheduling, supporting urgent matters and adherence to listing policies
* Support enforcement procedures, including financial assessments, aiding fine collection, and producing basic statistical/financial reports
* Contribute to health and safety operations (e.g., PEEPs, facility checks, issue logging, and key/safety governance) under team leader guidance
