What you'll bring:
* A flexible approach and confidence to work as part of a team, taking direction from Team Leaders to deliver daily priorities
* Strong digital skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases
* Excellent communication, including the ability to explain complex processes clearly in potentially difficult or distressing situations
* Customer service mindset to support effective participation in hearings, including for witnesses and users dealing with complex circumstances
* Resilience, professionalism and impartiality when handling challenging information
* Sound judgement for non-routine issues such as safeguarding concerns, security risks, or situations involving potentially violent people
* If you're successful in your application an Enhanced DBS will be required as part of the on-boarding checks with Brook Street.
