Sushi Chef – SB2158

An exclusive and progressive privately owned private country house hotel with 170 rooms is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join the team of chefs at the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Sushi Chef to showcase their dishes in a hotel that has an excellent reputation for the quality of food served. You will be joining a team of highly ambitious professionals. As Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and Japanese inspired dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and consistency.

Requirements:

An experienced passionate Sushi Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in a busy restaurant environment. Excellent knowledge of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki and Japanese food preparation. A Sushi Chef who has a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent food every time.
