Banqueting Head Chef – CG2329

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Banqueting Head Chef  to join a successful and stable company that has an excellent reputation. As Banqueting Head chef you will organise, monitor and train the brigade of chefs. This luxury 5 Star multi outlet hotel is busy all year round but especially during the holiday periods offering a variety of different outlets and menus. In this position of Banqueting Head Chef you will develop menus for all weddings, events and functions, all dishes are made using quality fresh seasonal produce. This position requires an active role within the management team and will include attendance of meetings, monitoring budgets and food costs.

Requirements:

The Executive Chef is seeking a Banqueting Head chef that has experience in a similar high-end kitchen role working to a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard. You will bring exceptional knowledge of high-end food, as well as a working knowledge of and experience with a wide range of cuisines.
