Pastry Junior Sous – TP2561

An Exciting opportunity is available for a Pastry Junior Sous  to work in the pastry kitchen of a 5* luxury resort hotel that offers its guests the highest levels of standards and service in the multi award winning dining options.  As Pastry Junior Sous you will receive plenty of training to further develop your skills on the pastry section and will be working with a dedicated team in a separate kitchen.  You will be working with high quality ingredients and be helping to create restaurant desserts, banqueting desserts, pastries, baked goods, afternoon teas to exceptional standards. It is a very technical and demanding department with everything made from fresh, croissants, brioches, pain au chocolate, breads, Italian desserts, afternoon tea patisseries, cafe bakes etc..

Requirements:

A pastry chef who is highly skilled and has experience with either high rosette, Michelin or 5* Hotel Backgrounds.
