About the role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will support our digital marketing efforts across all our digital channels (web, social, email and paid), planning and executing a connected and comprehensive strategy that drives further growth and engagement for our brand and firm across our markets. You will play a key part of the digital team, interacting and consulting with the wider Brand Communications and Public Affairs team on a global and regional level. You will support Client and Marketing Business Development campaigns whereby you will create campaigns that are connected throughout the digital ecosystem to help build brand awareness and engagement. What you will be responsible for Delivering the digital marketing strategy across web, social, data, CRM, email and paid media. Leading end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and major digital projects aligned to the firm’s strategic growth priorities. Partnering with offices, practice areas, groups and functions to drive business growth, brand awareness and client engagement. Working with internal and external technology, HR and supplier teams to support the rollout and optimisation of digital platforms. Leading cross-functional teams across web, social, data and email to deliver connected, insight-led campaigns with clear objectives and success measures. Embedding a digital-first mindset across integrated marketing communications, ensuring online and offline activity is aligned. Owning the digital user experience, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. Using data and insights to optimise campaigns, improve processes, increase speed to market and drive ROI. Advising business areas and offices on best-practice digital channels, tools and methodologies. What you will do Strategy Own and deliver key elements of the digital marketing strategy and roadmap, driving best practice across all digital channels. Develop campaign plans and strategies that support business priorities and measurable outcomes. Contribute to the digital roadmap, ensuring the firm remains innovative and ahead of market trends. Champion an omni-channel approach, underpinned by data, insights and a premium user experience. Execution Work with channel leads to deliver impactful activity across web, social, email, CRM and paid media. Lead key web and social projects that strengthen the firm’s digital presence. Manage global social media channels, ensuring content follows best practice across LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Instagram, including community engagement and reporting. Oversee the design and build of key website landing pages. Use performance data to continually optimise campaigns and digital activity. Consultation Act as the main digital marketing contact for key business and geographical areas, advising on effective digital approaches and championing a digital-first mindset. Deputise for the Digital Marketing Lead where required, including in senior stakeholder presentations and forums. Shape campaign strategy and align partners, practice leaders and functional specialists around measurable outcomes. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing, digital products and technologies. Strong SEO/GEO knowledge and campaign delivery experience. Experience in audience targeting, engagement strategies and marketing tools. Good understanding of CMS, web architecture, design and Adobe martech stack preferred. Social media, email marketing and CRM experience, including segmentation and targeting. Confident using analytics and data to generate actionable insights. Able to manage stakeholders, agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams. Experience managing global agencies, budgets, timelines, quality and brand standards. Agency or large matrix organisation experience preferred. Skills Fluency in English language. Strong relationship and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Analytical, data-driven and commercially aware. Good understanding of usability, design, accessibility and digital channels. Able to balance strategic thinking with technical and practical detail. Strong prioritisation, influencing and negotiation skills. Resilient under pressure and able to work independently or as part of a team.
