Job Overview:
Job Role: Project Manager (M&E / Commercial Projects)

Location: London W6 8RF

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Payrate: £350 - £365 per day

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

They require a commercially-minded Project Manager who can:

• Assess and understand the Trust's requirements.
• Scope projects accurately.
• Price and cost projects effectively.
• Ensure projects are commercially viable.
• Prepare works packages ready for delivery teams.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Act as the link between client requirements and operational delivery.

Candidate Profile

Essential Background:

• Project Management experience within Construction, Building Services or M&E environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Experience scoping, costing and pricing projects.
• Ability to manage project budgets and business profitability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Basic DBS Required
