Retail Coordinator

The role requires regular presence on the shop floor, sales coaching of the store teams, and close follow-up of sales figures. Reporting to the COO, you are the operational link between headquarters and the shops. Key Responsibilities Visit the shops on a regular basis for constant on-the-floor follow-up Coach the sales teams on sales technique, customer service, and reaching individual targets Track daily KPIs per shop (turnover, conversion rate, average basket) and flag deviations Build corrective action plans with store managers in case of underperformance Ensure brand standards are applied: merchandising, shop presentation, customer experience Run regular check-ins with each shop team (briefings, debriefings) Support onboarding and training of new retail staff Relay shop needs to headquarters (product, stock, operations) Report to the COO on performance and actions taken, with supporting figures 5+ years of experience in retail sales, ideally as a store manager or area/regional manager Proven experience coaching and leading in-store sales teams Strong ability to read sales figures and turn them into concrete actions Field-based mindset: available for frequent travel between the 4 shops Experience in design, interior, or premium/luxury segments is an asset Fluent in Dutch, French, and English Attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy Interested in joining us?
