About the role
Work Pattern: To be discussed – Full time
PAYE Pay Rate: £52.00 per hour
Main Purpose:
Provide legal advice and support to the Council, draft legal documents and advise on Highways, Planning and Property matters.
Typical Day:
- Provide legal advice on Highways, Planning and Property.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Attend meetings and provide legal guidance.
- Carry out legal research.
- Manage cases and meet deadlines.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister
- Current practicing certificate
- 2+ years PQE
- Experience in Highways, Planning and/or Property law
- Legal case management system experience
