OR115597 – CPO Lead – Interims

Work pattern: 1-2 days in office per week PAYE Pay Rate: £75.45 per hour

Main Purpose:
Provide specialist land and property support to the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Programme, ensuring effective coordination, assurance and oversight of CPO and wider land/property workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) workstreams.
• Support the settlement of outstanding compensation claims and potential Upper Tribunal references.
• Provide assurance and oversight of land and property activities.
• Support wider matters including property disposals, infrastructure leases and licences.
• Manage external advisers and consultants.
• Commission and coordinate commercial and property advice.
• Provide reporting and input into programme governance.
• Monitor and manage land/property risks and issues.
• Work with Council services, external consultants and programme stakeholders.

Essential Experience:

• Strong experience in land and property management.
• Proven CPO and compensation claims experience.
• Experience with property disposals, leases and licences.
• Experience managing external property/legal advisers.
• Strong governance, reporting and risk management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale regeneration or development programmes.
