The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will initially focus on the candidate side of interim recruitment, learning how to source, qualify and build relationships with specialist professionals. You will work alongside experienced consultants, receive structured coaching and develop the commercial confidence needed to progress into business development and a full 360 recruitment role. Progression is based on your development and results, so there is genuine room to grow quickly.

• Source high-quality candidates across specialist interim markets.
• Speak with candidates to understand motivations, experience and career goals.
• Qualify professionals against live vacancies and build long-term relationships.
• Support experienced consultants on active recruitment assignments.
• Develop confidence handling objections, difficult conversations and candidate pushback.
• Progress into business development and full 360 recruitment.
