We are looking for a dedicated Teacher (MPR/UPR + SEN 1 allowance) to join our committed team at at Cromwell School, a Special Needs Seconday School and Sixth Form in Tameside which is part of Kingfisher Learning Trust.

About the Role

As a class teacher, you will:

Inspire children by delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences

Lead a supportive class team, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for the pupils

Contribute to the wider development of the school community, promoting the values and ethos of the Trust and school in everything you do

We are looking for someone who is:

A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for SEN education

An excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations for every learner

Reflective, adaptable and eager to grow through professional development

Skilled at building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the wider Trust team
