Salary & Progression

• Starting salary: £24,500
• Progression to £24,750 - £25,000+
• Uncapped monthly bonus

About the Role

Are you looking to start or develop a career in sales? We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative to join a growing team within the technology sector.
You'll be responsible for engaging with business professionals, identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for senior sales teams. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns
• Qualify potential sales opportunities
• Book meetings with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects
• Produce concise reports and updates
• Attend regular training and development sessions

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Positive and resilient attitude
• Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Confident telephone manner
• Eagerness to learn and develop

Desirable Experience

• 6+ months' office-based experience
• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or administration experience
• Interest in technology and business
