About the role
Harborne Primary School is a vibrant, inclusive and ambitious school split across two sites - Station Road and Court Oak Road - serving 808 wonderful pupils. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Administration team.

About the role:
This is a key post within the school which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach providing support and guidance to the leaders within the school on a range of administrative functions. As the Administration Assistant you will support the school in the daily operations of our front office. The role will involve but not limited to telephone enquiries, meeting and greeting parents/ visitors, recording accurate information.

- Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and school software (training provided)
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
- Committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children
