About the role
Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for an HR Administrator on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be joining an established team who are responsible for contractual changes. You will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
You should have previous experience in an administrative capacity, be able to work under pressure and be able to multi-task.

- Role – HR Administrator
- Location – Edinburgh City Centre - Hybrid working (Tuesday and Wednesday in office)
- Hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
- Start date – asap
- Duration – 3 months with possible extension
- Pay rate - £14.51 per hour
The successful candidate will be joining an established team who are responsible for contractual changes. You will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
- Data entry
- Data cleansing
- Supporting with payroll
- Sending out contractual changes
- Updating systems
- Responding to queries
- Any other tasks required
You should have previous experience in an administrative capacity, be able to work under pressure and be able to multi-task.
