Logistics Coordinator

Time Appointments are excited to be recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator, to join a growing company within the logistics sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate daily UK import and export container deliveries and collections, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently.
· Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, responding promptly and professionally by telephone and email.
· Manage customer accounts and provide clear, regular operational updates.
· Support the wider operations team and the efficient running of the tasks

Skillset and Experience:
· A minimum of two years’ experience within transport, logistics or distribution.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate data.
· The ability to prioritise workloads, remain organised and perform to a high standard in a busy environment.
