Container Coordinator

Time Appointments is delighted to be partnering with a growing transport and logistics company to recruit a driven and motivated Container Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career.
If you have experience in shipping and logistics, with a strong understanding of FCL and LCL container movements, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, coordinating import and export container deliveries across the UK.
· Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently by email and telephone.
· Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, including drivers, subcontractors, and customers, to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Accurately input, maintain, and update records within the transport management system.
· Support the efficient day-to-day running of transport operations.

Skills and Experience:
· A minimum of three years’ experience in container transport, shipping or logistics.
· Confident using transport management software and maintaining accurate data.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
· Ability to work well under pressure and complete the tasks at a high level
