Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering internal communications across a complex and evolving organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident internal communications professional to take ownership of communications activity, working with a high degree of autonomy to ensure colleagues at all levels are informed, engaged and connected to the organisations wider mission and priorities.

• You will lead the planning and delivery of internal communications and change communications campaigns, helping colleagues understand and engage with key organisational projects, transformation programmes and strategic priorities.
• Youll be responsible for taking complex information and turning it into clear, compelling and accessible communications that resonate with different internal audiences.
• The role will also involve identifying opportunities to continuously improve internal communications, using best practice and audience insight to strengthen colleague engagement and demonstrate the impact of communications activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of internal communications strategies, campaigns and content.
• Plan and deliver communications campaigns supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Translate complex projects and organisational priorities into clear and engaging communications.
• Advise and influence stakeholders on effective internal communications approaches.
• Develop and improve internal communications channels and ways of engaging colleagues.
