EdStaff are currently seeking enthusiastic and pro-active General Secondary Teacher to work in secondary schools across Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher looking for flexible work or the potential to secure long-term opportunities.

Person Specification
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic teacher who:
- Is passionate about teaching and supporting young people
- Can deliver engaging, well-planned and inclusive lessons
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Is adaptable and able to work effectively in different school environments
- Has high expectations of student behaviour and achievement
- Is reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding
- Can confidently follow school policies and procedures
- Is keen to develop professionally and contribute positively to the wider school community
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a UK secondary school
- Strong knowledge of the secondary curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- The ability to provide appropriate references and successfully complete the required pre-employment checks
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
