Are you passionate about sports and dedicated to improving the life chances of young people?

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to deliver BTEC Sport. You will be passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, engage positively with school and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality BTEC Sport lessons to students.
• Manage classroom and sports hall environments to ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning experience.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with department staff to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

QTS, although we welcome applications from experienced sports coaches with a proven track record of working with young people in challenging environments.

Strong background in sports coaching or teaching, with a focus on BTEC Sport certifications.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive sports culture within the school.
