Responsibilities:

As a Social Worker focusing on care home reviews, you will:

• Conduct thorough reviews of care home environments to assess the quality of care provided to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care home staff to ensure individual needs are met and safeguarded.
• Identify and address any gaps in care, advocating for the rights and wellbeing of residents.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and implement care plans.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in adult social care.

Qualifications and registrations:

• Qualified Social Worker
• SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register

Skills:

• Car driver
