Night Shift Production Technician

• Position: Production Technician
• Salary: £23,201 +£6,000 night shift allowance (£31,783)
• Location: Worthing
• Hours: 4 days on 4 days off, 7pm to 7am

We are recruiting for a night shift production technician to join a manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Production technician, operative or similar. You’ll be dealing with small components and working in a clean room environment.

For the Production Technician role, you must be available for a night shift from 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off, this will overlap on some weekends and bank holidays.

As a Production Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment
• Completing batch documents
• Understanding and following requirements for an ever-changing environment
• Be prepared to wear full PPE

Requirements for the Production Technician:

• Must have previous experience as a manufacturing / production technician, dealing with small components
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Happy to work night shifts

The production technician is a permanent night shift position working 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off. You will have to work some weekends and bank holidays. The salary is £25,783 + a £6,000 night shift allowance, making the total package to £31,783 per annum. This role is based fully on site in Worthing.
