Business Analyst - MDM

Location: Bracknell - 3 days onsite
Rate: £590 per day, Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Master Data Management (MDM) experience to join a major data transformation programme.

The organisation is moving from fragmented data across multiple business systems towards a Master Data Management solution that provides a single version of the truth.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, Data Specialists and Data Architects, acting as the link between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and data requirements
• Support the delivery of MDM initiatives
• Analyse data processes, flows and requirements
• Support data quality and data governance
• Carry out data mapping and business process analysis
• Work closely with Data Architects and technical teams
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable data requirements
• Manage and engage with stakeholders across the business

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong Business Analyst experience within MDM/data transformation projects
• Proven experience with Master Data Management / master data
• Strong understanding of data quality and data governance
• Experience with requirements gathering and data mapping
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Data Architects, Data Specialists and technical teams
• Automotive industry experience is desirable

The role also sits alongside a wider Universal Data Platform initiative, bringing data together from different business systems and supporting the organisation's longer-term AI adoption strategy.
