Senior Game Designer

Full Job Description

We’re working with an established iGaming provider looking for a Senior Game Designer to lead the creation and delivery of new games (slots/casino) across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll take games from initial concept through to launch, working closely with Product, Maths, Art and Development teams.

This is a hybrid role based in the East Midlands, with 2–3 days per week onsite.

Day to Day / Key Requirements:

• Create and develop innovative slot concepts, mechanics and features
• Take games from initial idea through to final production
• Develop game specifications, storyboards and supporting documentation
• Work closely with Maths, Product, Art and Development teams
• Strong understanding of slot maths, RTP, volatility and game mechanics
• 4+ years’ experience designing and delivering slot games across online and/or retail
• Experience working on released titles
• Good understanding of gaming regulations and approval processes across multiple markets
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with C++, C# or a game engine such as Godot is advantageous
• North American market experience is desirable
• UK passport holder
