About the role

This supportive primary school in Bedworth now seeks an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for a full‑time role. To begin with, you bring solid experience supporting pupils with additional needs and feel confident creating calm, structured routines that help children feel settled and ready to learn. As the day develops, you guide pupils through clear tasks, reinforce key skills and maintain consistent expectations that support confidence and independence. Additionally, you work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SENCO to deliver high‑quality SEND provision across the school. Ideally, you hold a TA or SEND‑related qualification, though strong experience remains the priority.

 

Key Responsibilities
