Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner

We also provide a supportive, collaborative, and fun work environment for our team of dedicated educators. The group follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. The applicant must be experienced, and passionate and support children to reach their full potential, giving them the best possible start in a happy, safe, warm and trusted environment. Key Responsibilities: * Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues; * Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development * Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times. * Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy. * Go out for Forest School days to Wick woodland, on the Hackney marshes The successful candidate will: * Be someone who is genuinely passionate about education and changing children's lives. * Have a relevant early years qualification (level 3 or above), * Have previous experience working with children, * Have a positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full). Job Types: Full-time - Permanent. Work Location: In person (No remote work) Pay Rate: £29,000 per annum per annum. Shift & Working Hours: 40 hours per week; you will be working on a shift pattern from Monday to Friday. Additional 1 - hour unpaid lunch break per day
